Starting in 1984, Emerald Homes has built nearly 3,000 houses in the Central Virginia area. A lot has been learned about building and doing things the right way by completing this many homes. We employ 20 people who all together have over 210 years of building experience. Our houses reflect the value and quality that can come ONLY with this kind of experience.
R.T. Avery III and Ben H. Turner Jr. started Emerald Homes 25 years ago. Mr. Turner has since retired but Mr. Avery is still active in the business.
