Indigo Biofeedback is used to reduce stress and manage pain so my clients can improve the quality of their lives and make healthy lifestyles choices.
I am a trained quantum biofeedback practitioner certified by the Natural Therapies Certification Board as a Biofeedback Specialist.
I am a Licensed Spiritual Health Coach, Licensed by the Federation of Spiritual Healers Licensing Board.
As a Health Coach I educate clients through Spiritual Coaching so they can make informed decisions about their own life and health. I use Spiritual Biofeedback to help my clients reduce their stress,and manage their pain using signals from their own bodies.
