I offer brief, solution-focused individual therapy sessions of up to 12 visits. My treatment philosophy is based on the belief that every individual has unique strengths and assets that may not always be fully recognized or accessed. I view the client-therapist relationship as a cooperative, interactive process in which both parties work actively to achieve the client's goals. I have a particular interest in mind-body integration processes that utilize intervention techniques geared toward the rapid release and healing of dysfunctional emotional stress patterns and the self-limiting belief systems that may underlie them.
