I have experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, childhood behavioral problems, divorce, relationship difficulties, substance abuse, etc. I firmly believe in resilience, and our capacity to learn and grow from our struggles, if offered a supportive and nurturing environment to gain insight, learn new skills, and ultimately heal and grow.
