Objective is to increase the community affordable housing inventory for lower income persons who are elderly, have special needs, and the homeless
Our main purpose is to help fulfill the goal of increased affordable housing for households whose income is 50% or less of Area Median Income through construction, rehabilitation, and rental/rental assistance as well as provide housing support to increase self-help skills for program participants. Our main focus participant is lower income persons who are elderly, have special needs and the homeless. Our secondary purpose is to partner with other organizations in order to increase the capacity of the non-profit community to provide housing and services to lower-income individuals and families, those with special needs, the elderly and homeless persons.
