The goals of CreditLine Technical Support (CTS) are:
1 .Provide clients with expert customer service
2. Provide services that are low cost and high quality
3. Provide an alternative to email and or dealer support
CTS provides basic telephone technical support and licensing to CreditLine Software, customers support is provided as a pay-per-incident solution at a rate of $2.00 per minute. If your credit card system is down we provide after hours support.
Before contacting CTS you will need; the ability to allow for remote PC access via the internet and a payment method.
