Do you have 10% or more that you're willing to put into your own project? If you do, chances are we're willing to take a risk on you. Show us your business plan or summary, we want to do business. We use our own money, so we make all the decisions in-house, no loan committee and no bank to send it to and be denied. We simply look to see if the project is solid, look to see if the money is to be spent on hard assets and good margins and make a desicion. Our legal department will give you a written guarantee once we deside to business with you. You put 10% in, we put 90% in. We use independent attorneys and escrow companies for the transactions for the benefit of all parties.
