Common Interests, Inc. was founded in 1993 in San Clemente, California and was purchased by Jim Shubsda in 1996 from the original founders. The company originally specialized in guard gated homeowners association communities but has grown by applying that expertise and specialized set of management skills towards managing all types of communities. From its small company roots in 1996, Common Interests, Inc. has grown by providing professional, personal and caring management along with providing common sense solutions to sometimes complex problems. We provide common sense solutions that make communities operate smoothly; translating our expertise in guard gated communities to the management of your community.
