The Professional Track will utilize the ServeSafe course and exam which is recognized and accepted as the food safety licensing/registration standard in the U.S. This training will serve the restaurant industry owners, employees, and future employees in the Bethesda, Montgomery County, Maryland area.
The Family Track is designed to address childhood obesity and overall family nutrition. Each class will provide an opportunity for attendees to improve their reading, math, science, history, and social skills while learning cooking skills that will last a lifetime.
Food sold to the public must be cooked in a licensed kitchen. To encourage local entrepreneurship, Time-Share Kitchen Rentals will be made available to small and start-up catering business owners.
