We are a customer service training and management consulting company. We specialize in proper training of hotel employees.
We will train your Front office, Sales, Housekeeping and Maintanence departments as well as managers. Front desk training will show how to increase revenue, how to handle guests, telephone management and how to provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will help train the sales personel on files, follow up calls, cold calls, how to make a sale and good communication skills. As for the housekeeping and Maintanence staff, we will show them how to be more efficient. Manager training is how to do follow ups on the training provided by us. We will also provide realistic expectations. This training will increase your revenue, keep employees motivated, lower your labor costs and get great customer service comments.
