We assist individuals and families needing guidance with the services that will improve a current living situation. We help minimize their challenges and maximize their quality of life, independence, dignity and self respect.
We do in home face-to-face comprehensive assessments of the individual. Our needs assessment examines current living circumstances and medical history and create a plan. This plan balances their needs and personal preferences.
