One large bedroom/studio with: king bed, bathroom, kitchen (no stove), coffee, Cable TV, desk, Wi-Fi and laundry. Access to back patio, from the studio. Backyard has green grass, plants, covered porch, chimenia fireplace, tables & chairs, pool with chaise lounges, benches and chairs. Quiet, friendly neighborhood (48 family ranch style homes) located close to the canal (walking & biking), eatery's, hiking, shopping! Access to Phoenix bus route(s) right outside the neighborhood, on Camelback Road. Pricing is competitive and based on a two night minimum. Pets negotiable.
