Through service based solutions, The Opportunity Center (TOC) closes the gap between available jobs and qualified employees. By partnering with the foundations, private donors, government, volunteers and community organizations TOC provides strengths based services that include literacy education, Pre-GED/GED preparation, career planning, high school completion, MPRI, juvenile mentoring and employment training for adults. The goal is to help Benton Harbor residents improve literacy levels, reduce unemployment, prepare for the careers of tomorrow, and increase their income levels so families can sustain themselves.
