This is a real and raw program! Boot camps-personal training- small groups, Extended programs for blocked sessions. Fitness assessment- Micro Fit system, health history, hands on measurements and nutritional. Our equipment is used in medical and military facilities.
Our program is designed to naturally change your lifestyle (one day at a time). Extreme weight loss (traveling trainer) if needed or 1 on1blocked session. We offer -Weight loss, toning, weight gain, total condition, detox (natural) environment, Athletes program, nutrition. Use of body is a great tool!!!
