Small class sizes allow our trainers to effectively promote a high intensity environment while maintaining focus on proper technique and skill development. Our program is easily catered to challenge all fitness levels. Our group classes consist of military, moms, teens, nurses, teachers, students, sedentary, overweight, athletic, young, old, and everything in between.
