I am in the business of helping women strengthen their bodies, lose weight, keep it off and love the body they are in. It translates to physical and emotional strength and better overall well being. Through personal training in my studio and fitness classes I manage on my own and at other health clubs, I reach over 100 people each week to motivate, inspire and improve their day. I love what I do and continue to keep myself updated and educated with current research and trends in fitness. My goal is to pass that education along to my clients while making them smile.
