About Earthbench
Small family run business based out of Northern Maine. We create functional indoor and outdoor furniture made from our local wood here in Maine.
Our first model is the Standard bench, Designed for comfort, this is the bench that has more chair-like use; it has a slightly tilted seat and solid back-rest to sit against. The standard bench is 42" long and 20" deep and 30" tall at the top of the back-rest.
Our other model is the flat bench. This is a simple, yet elegant backless bench. It is popular for use as extra seating at tables, as well as at deck railings, and entryways, etc. Flat benches come in two sizes short style 36" and long style 60".
Currently we have four different types of wood to choose from. Pine, Oak, Cedar, and Meranti (tropical hard wood) The pine, Oak , and Cedar are harvested out of our Northern Maine woods.
