We offer Meditation and Tai Chi classes to the Augusta Georgia area.
There are many physical and psychological benefits for training in Meditation and Tai Chi. We offer a Mind, Body and Spirit wellness program that will help greatly in managing stress, anxiety, anger, worry, and many other types mental anguish.
As a co-sponsor for the Tai Chi for Arthritis Program, our Tai Chi program is designed to improve conditions brought on by the many types of Arthritis. It is also designed to help prevent heart disease and stroke, as well as help those who have suffered from Heart Attack and Stroke. The gentle yet powerful movement of the sun style forms developed by the Tai Chi for Health Institute can aid in battling the effects of Diabetes and Osteoporosis.
