She offers mat classes including Prenatal Classes and Seated Classes for Seniors at Personal Focus Pilates in Doylestown, PA. Class sizes are kept small to allow for a more personal experience and a deeper connection to your body and the core principles of the Pilates method. Her understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and common injuries will make even the most hesitant client feel confident that they can have a safe movement experience while building strength, balance, coordination, and body awareness during a private session.
