MacArthur Associated Consultants is a leading consultant for transportation, military and site design. We are experts in highway, bridge, airfield, hydraulics, site and military design and planning. The firm has performed services for well over 100 commercial and military airport airfield pavement construction and rehabilitation projects and hangar projects and have performed services for clients such as the Corps of Engineers (Tulsa, Kansas City and New Jersey Districts), American Airlines, the Boeing Company, ARINC, and Will Rogers World Airport. We are currently the Program Manager for the I-40 Crosstown project in Oklahoma CIty, the largest single project ever done by ODOT. We also perform many projects every year for the Corps of Engineers, Air Force, and Oklahoma Military Dept.
