About Elite Designs
I design remodels and customs homes. I draw plans required for a building permit. I have a degree in Environmental Design / Architecture.
I visit your site, or home, and develop a personal design solution for your project. After the design is approved, I develop all required construction drawings for your project. I run my own energy calcs and have specialized in "green" design since 1995! My other specialties include ADA accessibility and granny flats, or in-law suites. I had the pleasure of designing the restaurant, Sequoia, in Placerville, CA, in addition to many custom homes in Granite Bay, Rocklin and thoughout El Dorado County. My current specialty is redefining current homes to fit the needs of people that don't fit in those current homes. Call me for help achieving your Dream Home!!
