In fact, my motto - It's not just an inspection, it's an education, summarizes one of my key philosophies on how I conduct home inspections and radon testing.
During an inspection, I carry on a dialog with the customer answering questions, explaining what things are, how they work and how they should be operated and maintained.
I have a passion for what I do and approach every job with integrity, honesty and objectivity. Like any good inspector, I evaluate every major component of the home as well as hundreds of lesser items constantly checking for safety concerns, identifying costly repairs and ensuring everything is operating as intend
