We perform inspections on new and existing homes and multi-family dwellings throughout the State of Alaska. With 27 years of construction experience.
We have an extensive background in construction, both commercial and residential. From pre-cast concrete, standard framing, log homes, and commercial tenent improvements, spanning Alaska, North America and Australia.
Our office staff has a background in title, escrow, construction lending, mortgage lending and real estate sales.
