Richard Cadogan is the president of Pristine Plumbing, which is based in Irvine. Richard was plumber in his native Trinidad before moving to the U.S. in 1998. He then worked for a large plumbing company in new construction, where he moved from foreman to head of quality control before starting his own company in 2008. Richard is a member of Plumbing Heating and Cooling Contractors of CA (PHCC) and a Licensed Green Plumber with Green Plumbers USA. He prides himself as being meticulous with his attention to detail and is regularly named 'favorite trade", by homeowners. Richard knows about living "green" because he grew up in the Caribbean.
