We are a public health department committed to surpassing expectations. We strive to promote, protect, and improve the health of our community.
We offer clinical services, such as: immunizations, family planning, Ryan White (HIV medical care), sexually transmitted disease testing & treatment, pregnancy testing, and more... We also provide pediatric dental care to children (ages 4-18) who have Medicaid (Crestview location ONLY).
