About Christines Mobile Notary
I created my company to help seniors, disabled, and those who are unable to receive notary services during office hours, or who have mobility problems
Mobile notaries are $20 if you live within a 10 mile radius, anything there after you will be charged .39 cents per mile.
This also includes your first notary.
Mortgage contracts start at $150. I currently do not have a fax, so I will be making my pick-ups and drop-offs in person to the mortgage company.
Discount rates apply for group signings. Example, 4 people living in an assisted living facility who need documents notarized will all split the $20 base price and receive the discounted price for each notary seal
Price for the notary seal will be based on document type. Simple documents such as a Power of Attorney, Sworn Oath, and similar documents will be $10. Whereas Wills, Contracts, and Trademark documents will cost more.

MOBILE hours are listed below by day. Wednesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. I will be stationed in downtown tacoma at a small office off of Commerce and 9th. Your MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT to enter bldg. Weekends by appointment only
