Association For Animal Rights is a no-kill, non-profit animal rescue shelter serving MD, DC, PA, VA, WV, and DE.The organization was founded in 1988 and thanks to the wonderful people who have donated to us, we have been able to rescue thousands of stray, abused, neglected, unwanted, or abandoned animals, cats, dogs, kittens, and puppies. We are a donation based organization. We are a 501(c)(3) and everything donated is tax deductable.
