Mary Ann is a graduate of Midwest School of Massage and is licensed in the state of Nebraska. She is a former teacher and pastoral worker. Through life experience, she has come to understand the importance of uniting body, mind, and spirit to enhance one's total well-being. Massage is a means of relaxing the body so that one can tune in to power of mind and spirit.
Mary Ann provides a deep relaxation experience through Swedish massage or deep tissue massage. Deep tissue is especially helpful for chronic conditions. She uses it to relieve stiffness in the neck.
Mary Ann is a member of NCBTMB, and ABMP. She is also a member of G.R.O.W., a professional business group for women.
