We are located in Northeast PA. within 6 hours of every major market in the Northeast US and eastern Canada. Our staff includes a Certified Master Baker to assist in product development and formulation. Gluten Free All Purpose Flour and Gluten Free Bakery Mixes is our only business. Distribution is through national distribution companies and direct sales to industrial accounts. We have been involved in Gluten Free baking for over a decade and are considered the reliable resource for technical service/advice in matters Gluten Free.
