Founded and run by two good crazy friends with a passion for baking and cooking, SlapHappy Cookery specializes in baked good that are made fresh, by our own two hand, and from the happiest ingredients we can find. We love to miniaturize all of the products we offer -- Individual Sour Cream Coffee Cake, Two Bite Cheesecakes, Pumpkin Pie Tartlettes -- but we also offer a range of large/full-sized cakes and tarts.
