We are a diet and fitness place that offers food to support Gluten Free, Vegan, Kosher and Organic diets. We carry bulk Spices and herbs most of which are Organic. We also carry Organic Nuts,Beans,Flour and rice in bulk. Gluten free products are also available in bulk. Customers can bring in there empty spice jars and fill them with product from our bulk spice set. We also have suppliments mostly from Natures Way along with essential oils. We also offer Fitness classes which include, Zoomba, Belly danceing, Pole Dancing, Hoop it up (Hula Hoops), Better Body Bootcamp, Hip Hop Jazz. We also have the best personal trainer in Alaska, her name is Krista Gray and she is a certifiad Master Trainer. We help people have fun and get fit at the same time. We teach people proper food choices.
