I run a non profit organization, but I'm trying to make it an actual business. My job as the owner, I scout the local artist in the city.
Once I meet the talent I set up an appointment to take them to the recording studio to record their songs. Also I film the artist for their promotional status. This will give them chance to be seen around the city and on Facebook,Youtube etc.
