Dr. Ross grew up in Lawton, graduated from Eisenhower High School and Cameron University. His Doctor of Optometry degree was conferred from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee in 1978. He is a member of the American Optometric Association Contact Lens Section, is a past board member of Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians, the Lawton Chamber of Commerce, and past president of the Lawton Board of Education.
Dr. Ross is certified in Laser and Cataract surgical co-management. He is Board Certified in Ocular and Systemic Pharmacology and a Senior Examiner for the National Board of Examiners in Optometry.
In May 2011, Dr. Ross will attend commencement ceremony's for the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee to confer a Doctor of Optometry degree up
