A Wellstate of Mind helps adults who:
*have warnings about their health, such
as high blood pressure and cholesterol
*levels or signs of diabetes
*have moderate to serious health
challenges, such as: heart disease,
renal disease, diabetes, COPD
are recovering from surgery, stroke,
heart attack, injuries, cancer
*busy moms and dads who want to
regain control and their former fi tness
*have concerns about illnesses or
conditions in their family histories
