We offer individualized diet and exercise counseling and answer any questions our patients may have regarding their health and ease the fear of the unknown when it comes to weight loss. At MM&WLC our physician sits down with you one on one and creates a profile based on your sex, age, weight and height in turn to create a specific program designed for your bodies own personal needs.
