About Urgent Care of Madison
We opened on September 1, 2011. We are an urgent care facility who takes care of minor emergencies on a daily basis. All ages are welcome.
Our mission is to provide patients with a fast friendly service orientated environment. Our teaching and treating patients will in turn prolong and improve their quality of life. We take care of things as sprains, insect bites, allergic recations, bronchitis, hypertension, back pain, headaches, rashes, and also do DOT physicals and Sports physicals. We honor most insurances companies and self-pay patients. Walk-ins are welcome.
