When we are living in our Bliss; Health is a natural expression of our Wholeness. We use Acupuncture, NAET and emotional release to assist our bodies in expressing its perfection and health. Food supplements are also an adjunct in healing, as many times we have been deficient for long periods of time.
We at Alternative Health and Well Being believe that dis-ease is a result of negative emotions and wrong thinking patterns that are expressing through our body as pain or inflammation.
