About Chinois Yoga
An innovative and unique yoga company emphasizing the breath work and mind/body aspect of yoga. Classes also include dynamic, challenging poses.
Christina Chang has been teaching for several years. She is certified in the Vinyasan style of yoga in which the breath and poses are linked together to create a beautiful flowing practice. She also have experience in the martial arts, having taken a year of karate during college, and incorporate elements of Qi Gong in the classes. Ms. Chang is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. The 200 hour training program she went through included using an anatomy book medical students use. Special new student discounts and monthly pre-paid specials are available. Private yoga lessons also available.
