HeartSong Yoga and Wellness Center is a community oriented yoga studio that offers yoga, fitness and wellness classes to support your health and well being.
Our schedule includes beginning classes 7 days/week along with several intermediate classes, gentle, prenatal and mom & baby yoga.
Private and small group instruction is available by appointment and is great for those who want the personal one on one attention of an instructor. For individuals with injuries we offer therapeutic yoga. Students learn alignment and movement principles that support healing. Private instruction allows for personalization of your routine. Therapeutic workshops are also available for more general study.
In addition to our public classes we offer on-site classes at a number of local companies.
