I am a certified (200 hour) yoga instructor and a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. I am available to conduct private classes in clients' homes. I am available to teach chair yoga and other chair exercises to residents in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. I specialize in gentle and chair yoga. I also teach yoga to those with special needs. My goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone who wants to enjoy the many benefits of yoga.
