Estate winery and vineyards
Blankiet Estate is located on the western foothills of the Mayacamas mountain over-looking Yountville in the Napa Valley.
A stunningly beautiful vineyard was planted in 1996 by David Abreu for Claude and Katherine Blankiet. Less than a thousand cases of two flagship red wines are produced from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The wines are made by Denis Malbec, former cellar master at Chateau Latour. Robert Parker validated the terroir at Blankiet Estate stating that the wines produced are: "World class, combining the extraordinary power of the site with unbelievable elegance and definition".
