The Lakeland Center provides inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services for patients of all types, with a specialty in Traumatic Brain Injuries and other neurological conditions. Located in Southfield, we are conveniently located to all Metro Detroit hospitals and communities.
Providing subacute nursing care and rehab since the 1980's, The Lakeland Center has established itself as a leader in TBI and rehab care. Respiratory therapists are on staff 24 hours a day, allowing us to take care of patients on ventilators.
The Lakeland Center also offers a Residential TBI program with 6 homes in Oakland County. These residents enjoy daily activities, nursing care, vocational services, medication management, community outings, & continued therapy, all in a home-like environment
