In Home Health we are committed to caring for and educating patients, to live as independently as possible. Home health care is appropriate whenever a person is homebound, but needs ongoing care that cannot easily or effectively be provided solely by family and friends.
Hospice is a specialized program of care provided for patients and their families who are facing life limiting illnesses. The philosophy is to relieve pain and other symptoms associated with life-limiting illness. Hospice provides medically directed, nurse coordinated care and support for the patient and family.
