Upon completion of the patient review, Integrity Transitional Hospital offers specialized treatment programs and aggressive clinical and therapeutic interventions on a 24-hour/7-day a week basis. The physicians who practice at Integrity are trained in a variety of medical specialties including pulmonology, cardiology, internal medicine, family practice, nephrology, physical and rehabilitative medicine, and oversee the medical care of our patients on a daily basis.
