Bridges of Indiana is a human service agency that provides services to individuals with disabilities as well as the aging population.
Bridges of Indiana believes that all people with disabilities have the right to choose where and with whom they live and work. Bridges of Indiana has a strong commitment to the rights, dignity, and freedom that people with disabilities share with everyone.
Bridges of Indiana is a provider for the State of Indiana Medicaid Waiver Program and also works with the local Area of Aging Agencies to provide the following services and waivers: Developmental Disabilities Waiver, Autism Waiver, Support Service Waiver, Aged and Disabled Waiver, Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver, Choice Program, Respite Care, Caregiver Support, Adult Foster Care Program, MFP Program, and Private Pay.
