We are a family owned home healthcare business. Our home office is located in Elwood, IN. We are currently serving Madison, Delaware, Grant, Howard, Tipton and Hamilton counties. We have 2 RN's, Amy Campbell and Jennifer Bourff who are the Administrator and Nursing director. Kelly Provost is also an RN who is a case manager and billing specialist. Deborah Kakasuleff is our Human Resources director. We are a family oriented team and our goal is to take care of you or your loved one as we would want our parents to be taken care of with dignity, and respect. We also believe in helping our patients maintain as much independence as possible so that they can remain comfortable and safe in their own homes. We currently are accepting Medicaid, private pay and select private insurances.
