About Double Heart Ranch
Featured Staff: Assisting people with developmental disabilites.
Double Heart Ranch was established in 1988. Vicki & Richard Harrison lived and grew up in Southern California. They worked for Safeway Stores Inc. and volunteered a lot of time with Special Olympics and the YMCA.
Due to a major change in the industry, They worked for a few board & care homes with the Developmental Disabilities Center (Orange County Regional Center) for a couple of years.
As they worked with individuals with disabilities, it was very rewarding to see their happiness, when acknowledged as an adult. That became their dream, to develop a home, normal as anybody, and doing everyday things like anyone.
