Palmer Contracting, Inc. began in 2008 as a residential contracting company based out of Cartersville, GA. We have specialized in roofing insurance claims and gutter installation ever since. Though we install floors, paint and do other home remodeling, we typically offer those services as part of a full home renovation, especially in regards to insurance mitigation claims such as fire, water or storm loss. We do, however, perform roofing and gutter installation even when there is no insurance involvement and as individual trades if desired, as we are primarily a fully licensed and insured roofing company based locally out of Canton, GA.

We began an online marketing campaign in 2010 called Roof Claim Express and eventually turned it into a DBA of Palmer Contracting, Inc. as many of our clients know us well by either names. However, the 2 are under the same ownership, and provide the same quality service with the same skilled and experienced installers, even though Roof Claim Express, as named, is marketed primarily to serving our clients who need our specialized services in dealing with roof claims and any other type of insurance restoration. Our roof claim service is simple: we inspect your roof and gutter system (exterior inspection) for free, then meet with your insurance company to discuss and damages and perform the work for the estimate they provide.
