Our company raises sunken concrete to eliminate unsightly and dangerous trip hazards.
We raise sunken concrete and realign it to its original position. This procedure is cost effective, eco-friendly, and is generally a permanent solution to a problem that can create unsightly trip hazards and liabiltiy to an owner. We drill small holes through the surface of the effected concrete, then pump grout through the opening to fill the void underneath. When the concrete is aligned, we carefully refill the small holes. The trip hazard is eliminated at a greatly reduced cost to removing and replacing it, and is a much superior method of repair to sawing and grinding, which only creates another unsightly problem. Our method is also eco-friendly, since we can preserve the customer's surrounding landscape while we prevent tons of concrete from entering the landfill.
