R-Value Concrete Structures is a Grand Rapids, Michigan based subcontractor that specializes in the construction of homes and businesses that are exceptionally energy efficient, safe, and quiet. We utilize various combinations of Insulated Concrete Forms, exterior foam sheathing on reinforced stick framing, concrete subfloors, triple pane windows, radiant heat, and underslab insulation to achieve these results for our happy clients.
Smart, proactive clients also hire us to perform energy modeling to determine ideal levels of insulation that suit their unique goals. This can save thousands of wasted dollars.
We complete the shell of a home; no finish work is in our scope. Our typical customer is a homeowner, but we often are subbed out to builders and general contractors.
